Our services
Specialised AI agents.
From concept to implementation.
Lessy is our specialised AI assistant for guided fact-finding conversations. Agent Design and Agent Branding complement the product: we specify an agent’s tasks and behaviour and shape its identity. Advice, setup and targeted customisation support its use.
Our product
Lessy.
Ask focused questions.
Lessy guides conversations that clarify what you need to know. It asks follow-up questions, organises the answers and records what is still unclear. This helps your team gather the information it needs about a workflow, a request or missing details.
Your resultInformation and unresolved questions relevant to your fact-finding task. Your team reviews the results and uses them for further project work.
We continually examine what effective fact-finding conversations require and develop Lessy accordingly. This can give your team more time for its own projects, client support and winning new business.

Define tasks
and behaviour.
We specify what your AI agent should do: its tasks, conversation flows, working processes and expected results. This gives your team a functional specification to use for development and testing.
Your resultAn agreed specification covering tasks, required information, follow-up questions, boundaries and output formats. Example scenarios show how the agent should behave.
You can commission Agent Design as a standalone service. Your team or an implementation partner can then build on the specification.
Agent Branding
Shape character
and communication.
We shape your AI agent’s character and identity to suit its task, audience and brand. Language, behaviour, avatar and voice work together. This service also suits agencies and businesses developing the technology themselves.
Your resultA character and language profile with sample dialogues, plus an avatar and voice within the agreed scope. Your development team can use these as a basis for implementation.
What shapes an agent’s character?
How direct should its questions be? How much should it explain? How should it respond when someone is unsure or leaves something out? These choices shape the conversation just as its appearance and voice do.
We tailor the agent’s identity to its actual task. An internal assistant may communicate differently from an agent that interacts with customers. Agent Branding is also available as a standalone service.
Additional advice
Specific questions.
Experienced support.
We advise on functional and technical questions in your AI projects. Together, we can assess where Lessy could help, which requirements matter and how to evaluate the results.
Your resultA well-founded assessment and agreed next steps for your specific question.
When is a product a better choice than in-house development?
Consider all the work involved: defining requirements, development, setup, testing, maintenance and later changes. Building on an existing product can reduce that work when it fits your requirements.
In-house development also involves ongoing product decisions: Which problems matter? Which improvements would help? What should be built next? Source code alone does not answer those questions.
We take care of the ongoing functional and technical development of the shared Lessy product. Your team can build on that work. We assess whether this makes economic sense for your case based on your requirements and the scope you need.
Setup and onboarding
From your use case
to a tested workflow.
We can help your team get started with Lessy. You create an initial fact-finding task; together, we review the questions, context and results using real cases. Your team learns how to create and use further tasks independently.
Your resultYour team has created and tested its first fact-finding task and knows how to create further tasks.
How we work togetherTargeted customisation
Build on the product
and extend it.
You define the questions, context and desired results yourself in Lessy. We can help with special workflows, additional features and tool integrations — for example, if your workflow requires calendar access or web research. We assess feasibility and agree the scope and effort separately.
Your resultAn agreed scope for customisation, with clear responsibilities and criteria for reviewing the results.
How do we define the scope?
Before work begins, we record which specification, design, advice, setup or customisation is included and what you will receive. We agree on tasks, handover and responsibilities with your team.
We agree on day-to-day operation, maintenance and further support for each use case.
