This is how we work
Your project.
A shared starting point.
If you need support using a specialised AI agent, or help with Agent Design or Agent Branding, we start with your task and the people who will use the agent. You create routine fact-finding tasks in Lessy yourself.
Clarification comes first
Lessy helps
clarify your requirements.
What should your agent do, who will use it and how should it come across? Lessy can help gather your requirements and preferences in a structured conversation. We use these to work with you on the agent’s functional specification and identity.
You can commission individual services separately. We will agree on the right scope with you.

What should your agent do?
We discuss the tasks, users and desired outcome. Lessy can help capture your requirements and preferences in a structured conversation.
Agree on the scope
What support do you need?
Support getting started with Lessy, Agent Design, an agent’s identity or a specific question: we agree which service and outcome fit your needs.
Develop the concept
Connect function and identity.
Agent Design defines how the agent should work in a functional specification. Agent Branding shapes its character and communication, with an avatar and voice included as agreed.
Test and refine
Does the concept fit the use case?
Example scenarios and drafts make decisions easier to assess. You create your own fact-finding tasks in Lessy. If you engage us for support, we test its use together and incorporate feedback within the agreed scope.
Hand over and support
Move forward with a clear result.
You receive the agreed deliverables as a basis for using the agent or developing the software. We can also agree on onboarding, support and further changes.
AI helps.
People shape the solution.
Lessy helps gather and organise information. People then assess it, define how the agent should work and shape its identity. Those involved review the results and decide on the next steps.
What do we agree on before working together?
For each project, we agree on the task, information needed, results and responsibilities. We clarify who will receive the results and how they will use them.
